- Personal contact with one of our closing agents.
- Obtaining necessary documents from buyer and seller.
- Expert preparation of warranty deed and state tax forms (recording fees included up to $50.00).

- Reconciliation statement for buyer and seller listing all costs associated with the transaction. Details the net amount due to seller and the total amount due from buyer.
- Delivery of deed for recording to the clerk of court in the county of property.

Additional Services
Bluegreen Resort Authorized Closing Company – $150.00 in addition to basic closing price. We are now one of the companies in the nation that Bluegreen Resorts allows to do our own closings. If you have used anyone else this process has taken 4 to 6 months for completion. We have signed a service agreement with Resort Title Agency, Bluegreen’s transfer company, and we now can get your Bluegreen purchase transferred to you within 30 to 45 days.
Estoppel Letter – $25.00. Investigation into the status of maintenance fees and due dates, outstanding taxes, special assessments, and availability.An Estoppel Certificate detailing critical information is obtained from resort management and provided to the parties involved.
Title Insurance - Title insurance varies by state and by county. Please call us for a quote today.
Transfer of Ownership – $50.00 plus any resort transfer fee. We notify the resort of change in ownership and send a copy of the recorded deed.
Escrow Service – $100.00. This option is appropriate if you have engaged in a true purchase or sale of deeded property, not for membership transfers. Our Escrow Closing Service includes escrow instructions, review of escrow documents, escrow of all closing funds and disbursement of all escrowed funds.
Deed Research – $25.00. If your recorded deed has been misplaced, we will research the county records and obtain a copy in order to expedite the transfer process. You will then be mailed the original once it is received.
